Policies, Terms and Conditions:
The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "HABIPAD" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
 Standard Terms and Conditions Applying to All States

                                                         

Return/Exchange Policy

           

Habimana Enterprises, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction and impeccable service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the original price of the purchase, or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original order. Items returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless you have contacted us and have issued you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include our return/exchange paperwork in the returned package. Shipping costs back to Habimana Enterprises is the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend that you insure packages being returned to us.

  • All returns must be in their original condition, including attached tags, for a full refund or exchange. If we determine an item has been used, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, or will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.
  • If you received free shipping off of the original sale price, and the item is returned, you will receive a credit with actual shipping costs taken off.
  • Returns cannot be accepted on special orders, personalized or close-out/sale merchandise. If these are returned, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Sales Tax

 

Sales tax added to your order will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes to order shipped within the state of Texas. The Internet Tax Freedom Act, signed into law on October 21, 1998, does not preclude sales and use taxes on any and all commerce conducted over the internet. State and local governments are allowed to impose sales and use tax on all electronic sales, provided that the tax rate is the same as that which would be imposed on the transactions if they were conducted over the phone. For orders delivered to Texas, the state and local sales tax rate is currently 8.25%.

 

Defects

 

If your item has a defect, call us immediately at 800-647-9540 to report the defect/damage. We will issue an RMA number. All defects must be reported within 2 days of receiving the items or we may be unable to assist you in returning your product.

 

Special Promotions

 

In the event of special discounts or promotions, Habimana Enterprises reserves the right to apply additional rules and to exclude certain items. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotion’s page at the time the offer is valid. Please call 800-647-9540 if you have any questions that associated with these special promotions.

 

Order Changes/Cancellations

 

If you have placed an order and need to cancel it please call us at 800-647-9540 within 4 hours of placing your order. After that time, there is no guarantee that we will be able to prevent it from being shipped. If the order is shipped, it then qualifies as a return.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled via email and cannot be cancelled after an order has been shipped or is monogrammed.
  • Order changes cannot be guaranteed if received via email
  • Special order cancellations must be done within one business day of your order date.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

 

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges.

 

Payment Options

 

Habimana Enterprises is pleased to accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Discover, and American Express. PayPal and Cashier’s Checks (wholesale only) are also accepted.

 

Shipping Information

 

Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your total order. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. UPS is our standard carrier, however Habimana Enterprises my ship another carrier. When shipping outside the contiguous United States or to AFO/FPO addresses, Habimana Enterprises may ship another carrier.

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT.

 

Purchaser assumes the responsibility for the selection of the Product as being adequate for and appropriate for purchaser’s purposes.
